We have tried making veganaise. It never thickens. I have not seen other recipes mention waiting an hour for the egg to get to room temp. Is that why ours in the past has not.workes?

I often use straight-from-the-fridge eggs because I'm impatient and I've never had runny mayo. I'm not sure what your veganaise recipe includes but I'm assuming it doesn't have eggs (if it's vegan), which is a major player in mayo.

I am excited to make this healthy ranch however I have never bought fresh dill and in researching it on my grocery store's site I can't find a jar of fresh dill. Is there a specific brand to look for? Would dehydrated work? Thanks! Love your website!

I made the mayo and am dying to try the ranch, however I don't have any full fat coconut milk on hand, just light. Will this really affect it? Thanks!

It'd probably work fine but maybe use half and then wait an hour to see if its too thick or too thin, then go from there. The mayo is whipped and fluffy so that should help keep it thick just if you notice it getting too milky when you are mixing it slow down the pour and test it after an hour.
