January 1st is historically the date that everyone throws away old habits and replaces them with new ones (most often those that have to do with diet, health, and exercise). So it should be of no surprise that my social feeds are filled with Whole30 posts and dinner pics. I love seeing so many of you opting to make healthy changes in your lives. in order to help you keep that momentum and to motivate you to stay on track, I’ve compiled a list of my top 20 favorite Whole30 recipes.

These are common staples in our home, and we eat them even when we’re not on a Whole30, they’re just that good. Eating healthy doesn’t have to be boring and bland.
