This yummy bowl of comfort food is SO GREAT to enjoy during the wintertime. You can substitute with ground turkey instead of beef for a lighter and even healthier option!

  • In a large pot, add ground beef and brown it for 3-4 minutes. Add chopped onion and sliced pepper, then continue cooking until fragrant.
  • Add in all seasoning—except salt and pepper—diced tomatoes, beef broth, and tomato paste. Bring it to a simmer.
  • Taste to check the flavor, add salt and pepper if needed. Cover the pot, let it simmer for 20 minutes.
  • Give a quick stir, then remove from heat. Enjoy while it’s warm.
