30 Minute Paleo Chili

  • 1 lb Lean Ground Beef
  • 1/4 cup Onion, chopped
  • 2 Red Pepper, sliced
  • 14 oz Diced Tomatoes
  • 12 oz Beef Broth
  • 3 tbsp Tomato Paste
  • Parsley, sprigs for garnish


  • 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tbsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tbsp Ground Cumin
  • 1 tbsp Paprika powder
  • 1 tbsp Ground Coriander
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1 tsp Dried Parsley
  • 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • Salt, as desired
  • Pepper, as desired


  1. In a large pot, add ground beef and brown it for 3-4 minutes. Add chopped onion and sliced pepper, then continue cooking until fragrant.
  2. Add in all seasoning—except salt and pepper—diced tomatoes, beef broth, and tomato paste. Bring it to a simmer.
  3. Taste to check the flavor, add salt and pepper if needed. Cover the pot, let it simmer for 20 minutes.
  4. Give a quick stir, then remove from heat. Enjoy while it’s warm.
