Keto Kielbasa Recipe

  • 200 g Kielbasa
  • 1 Garlic Clove
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 4 Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 Yellow Bell Pepper
  • 10 g Baby Spinach
  • Olive Oil, for frying
  • Chives
  • Salt
  • Pepper


  1. Chop garlic very finely. Chop onion and pepper into slices, cherry tomatoes in half.
  2. Heat little olive oil in a pan, put the onion and lightly fry. Add garlic, fry 2 minutes and put the mix on a plate. Don't turn off the stove.
  3. Put pepper in a preheated pan, fry for 2-3 minutes, add cherry tomatoes and kielbasa. Fry for another 4-5 minutes, then add onion with garlic, baby spinach and mix all it in a pan. Turn off the stove and let it stand for a few minutes.
  4. Served hot with chopped chives for fresh flavor.
