Keto Kielbasa Recipe
How many quick and tasty dishes do you know? This Keto Kielbasa recipe is one of those. Cooking takes only 10-15 minutes and you will be full for a long time. In this low carb recipe, we will be using several types of vegetables together with Kielbasa. This dish is also Whole30 friendly. I like the Keto Kielbasa for breakfast with hot tea or coffee.
Servings 2 People
- Chop garlic very finely. Chop onion and pepper into slices, cherry tomatoes in half.
- Heat little olive oil in a pan, put the onion and lightly fry. Add garlic, fry 2 minutes and put the mix on a plate. Don't turn off the stove.
- Put pepper in a preheated pan, fry for 2-3 minutes, add cherry tomatoes and kielbasa. Fry for another 4-5 minutes, then add onion with garlic, baby spinach and mix all it in a pan. Turn off the stove and let it stand for a few minutes.
- Served hot with chopped chives for fresh flavor.
Cook all ingredients over medium heat in one pan to get richer tastes and less cleaning in your kitchen. Don't overcook vegetables. They shouldn't be stewed so that vitamins remain in them.
