Paleo since 2013, keto since 2017. I love the challenge of creating healthy meals for my family and improving our long-term health through diet and a healthy lifestyle. If you’re not a fan of traditional mayonnaise, and prefer a sweeter version (think Miracle Whip), then this is the mayo for you. Sweetened with a bit of honey, this mayo makes a great transition from the store-bought stuff for the picky eaters in your life.
These popsicles are creamy from the coconut milk, with a little bit of crunch from the berries. I prefer to use frozen instead of fresh raspberries because they won’t turn the entire popsicle mixture a pink color when mixed in, and will stay suspended as little rosy flecks.
