Making play dough is an excellent way to use up some of that non-paleo food without really wasting it. In under an hour, I was able to make 6 batches, all different colors, and used up some white flour, canola oil, and artificial food coloring in the process.
Slowcooked sweet potatoes are the easiest way to prepare a lot of “baked” potatoes at one time without heating up your entire kitchen. This is a great way to have an easy source of carbs on hand right after a workout or for surprise dinner guests.
