Patriotic Pops

These red, white, and blue popsicles are the best way to stay cool at your Independence Day picnic, or anytime you need a tasty way to cool down.

Ingredients

RED LAYER

  • 1/2 Frozen Banana sliced
  • 1 cup Frozen Cherries
  • 3-4 Frozen Strawberries quartered
  • 1 cup Almond or Coconut Milk

WHITE LAYER

BLUE LAYER

  • 1/2 Frozen Banana sliced
  • 1 cup Frozen Blueberries
  • 1 cup Almond or Coconut Milk

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients for the RED layer. Pour evenly into popsicle molds and/or serving glasses, filling the container 1/3 full. Place in the freezer for 10 minutes.
  • Blend all ingredients for the WHITE layer. Pour slowly and evenly into popsicle molds and/or serving glasses, filling the container 2/3 full. Place in the freezer for 10 minutes.
  • Blend all ingredients for the BLUE layer. Pour slowly and evenly into popsicle molds and/or serving glasses, filling the container all the way full.
  • If using popsicle molds, insert the popsicle stick and place back in the freezer for a few hours.
  • If using as drinks, serve immediately.
