Salt and Pepper Chicken Wings

My family likes to watch movies on weekends and crispy chicken wings will be the best meal for this activity.
We know many ways to cook chicken wings in the oven. However, if you don't have the time, you can use the classic method with salt and pepper. It takes only 30-40 minutes, and as a result, you will have a tasty, hearty and aromatic dish for the whole family or for a party with friends.

Ingredients

  • 2 kg Chicken Wings
  • 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Put chicken wings in a deep bowl, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Mix well.
  • Add apple cider vinegar and olive oil, mix again and leave at room temperature for 5-10 minutes.
  • At this time, preheat oven to 250C.
  • Cover oven-tray with foil or baking paper. Layout chicken wings so that there is a distance of 1 cm between them. Bake for 15 minutes on one side, then turn over and bake for 15 minutes on the other side.
  • When serving, sprinkle finely chopped greens or peppers.

Notes

You can eat wings with any sauce that suits your paleo protocol. I use paleo-ketchup and homemade mayonnaise with mustard.
If you want to make the dish to be less in calories, you can exclude oil if you are sure that the wings will not burn.
