Put cherries, dates, almonds, peanuts in a blender. Mix well. Don't bring to a state of paste, small pieces of nuts should remain.
Boil 250 ml of water and add agar-agar, boil for 2-3 minutes stirring constantly. Then cool slightly and add to the blender. Mix again.
Cover food container with baking paper. Distribute resulting mix evenly in a food container, lay on top a whole hazelnut, sunflower seeds, and little almond flakes.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
