1. CBD-Kissed Cauliflower Rice 

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium-sized cauliflower head
  • 2 tablespoons CBD oil 
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil or olive oil
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup each of diced bell peppers, carrots, and broccoli florets 
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Garnish: parsley or cilantro 

Instructions / Cauliflower rice: Cut cauliflower into florets. Pulse the cauliflower florets, using a food processor, until rice-like grains. (You may need to do this in batches.)

In a large skillet, heat the coconut oil or olive oil over medium heat; add diced onions and garlic, sautéing until translucent. Add diced vegetables, cooking until they soften. Add the cauliflower rice, then the CBD oil, mix, and cook for another 5–7 minutes. Add salt and pepper. Optional: sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese; garnish with parsley or cilantro! 

2. CBD-Infused Grilled Salmon

Ingredients:

  • 2 salmon filets
  • 2 tablespoons CBD oil 
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves (or 1/2 teaspoon dried)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Serving: lemon wedges 
  • Garnish: parsley 

Instructions / Marinade: Combine CBD oil, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, and thyme. Mix well. Marinate the salmon for at least 30 minutes (up to 2 hours).

Grill: Remove from marinade, and grill for approximately 4–5 minutes per side; the internal temperature should reach 145°F. Season with salt and pepper.

Serve: Lemon wedges. If desired, drizzle extra CBD oil.

3. Sensi-CBD-Infused Steak with Chimichurri Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 2 (8-ounce) grass-fed ribeye or sirloin steaks
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Chimichurri sauce:

  • 1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small shallot, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes 
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon CBD oil 
  • Salt and pepper 

Instructions / Steak: Preheat the grill (or grill pan) to high. Brush both sides of the steaks with olive oil, salt/pepper and grill to your doneness level (medium-rare, approximately 4-5 minutes). Remove and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.

Chimichurri sauce: Combine chopped herbs in a medium bowl. Add red wine vinegar and slowly drizzle in the extra-virgin olive oil while whisking to emulsify. Stir in CBD oil, salt and pepper.

Serve: Slice the steaks against the grain into thin strips, drizzle with CBD-infused chimichurri sauce.

4. Flower-Infused Taco Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients / Filling:

  • 1 lb ground beef (grass-fed if possible)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon CBD oil 
  • Large lettuce leaves (butter lettuce or romaine work well)

Optional toppings:

  • 1 avocado cut into strips 
  • Hot sauce to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro

Instructions:

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion, sauté until translucent. Add minced garlic and saute another minute before adding ground beef. Brown beef, breaking it up as it cooks. Stir in spices. Mix well to coat the meat evenly. Pour in the water and CBD oil, stirring together. Simmer for several minutes. 5. Avocado/Bacon Salad with CBD Vinaigrette

Ingredients Salad:

  • 4 cups mixed salad greens (spinach, arugula, kale, or your fave
  • 1 ripe avocado, diced
  • 4-6 strips of cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup sliced cucumber
  • 1/4 cup sliced red onion (optional)

CBD Vinaigrette:

  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1-2 tablespoons CBD-infused oil 
  • Salt and pepper 

Instructions / Salad: Wash and dry (salad) greens. Cook bacon until crispy, cool, and crumble into small pieces. Dice the avocado, halve the tomatoes, and slice the cucumber and red onion. Combine salad ingredients. Toss gently.

Dressing: In a separate small bowl, whisk together the extra-virgin olive oil, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and CBD-infused oil. Season with salt and pepper. Pour the CBD vinaigrette over the salad and toss gently.

6. Lemon Herb CBD Seasoned Grilled Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Juice and zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1-2 tablespoons CBD oil 
  • Salt and pepper 

Instructions:

Whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, dried thyme, rosemary, oregano, and CBD oil in a bowl. Place the chicken breasts in a shallow dish or a resealable plastic bag. Pour the CBD herb marinade over the chicken, ensuring each piece is coated. Marinate for 20–60 minutes. 

Preheat the grill (or grill pan) to medium-high heat. Salt and pepper. Grill for approximately 6–7 minutes per side. Remove from the grill and let rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
