Paleo Worcestershire Sauce

Paleo Worcestershire Sauce Recipe

Worcestershire sauce is one of those things that is in so many recipes that it makes sense to have a bottle of it in the fridge at all times. But, due to my own laziness, rather than making it (because the store-bought variations are not an option due to their ingredient lists), I just leave it out of the recipes I have that use it. That makes no sense. And of course, this worcestershire sauce is gluten free.

Quick & Easy Worcestershire Sauce

There are several Worcestershire sauce uses, so I decided I’d make my own version that works in a variety of dishes. My favorites are the Instant Pot Beef Stew and the Prime Rib Au Jus. This Worcestershire adds such a depth of flavor to these dishes that I now realize we were missing out on. But while traditional Worcestershire sauce is fermented, this one is not, so it can be done in under 30 minutes and ready to use in dinner that same night.

Homemade Worcestershire Sauce

As easy as this recipe is, you should definitely always have a bottle of it on-hand to add that extra something to your soup, stew, and meat dishes.
