Ingredients Needed for this Beef Broth Stew

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 32 oz carton Beef Broth, no added sugar
  • 1/2 can (14.5 oz) Diced Tomatoes, drained
  • 1/2 cup Rice Alternative (like cauliflower or hearts of palm)
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • Red Pepper Flakes, to taste

How to Make Keto Beef Broth Stew

Remove ground beef from packaging and thoroughly dry with paper towels.

Heat a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and let brown on one side, allowing it to crisp up a bit before stirring.

Break apart with a wooden spoon while continuing to brown completely. Try to leave the beef in larger crumbles, not small crumbs.

Add the garlic and stir in to the browned beef. Add all remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
