Chili Recipe in the Instant Pot

To make this low-carb chili in the instant pot, you’ll first want to “Saute” and cover the bottom of the inner pot with a thin layer of avocado oil. When it’s hot, add the diced onions and minced garlic and stir to saute until fragrant and slightly translucent.

Add the ground beef and pork sausage to the onions and garlic and brown completely through, breaking up with a wooden spoon as it cooks.

  • 1 (6 oz) can Tomato Paste
  • 1 (4 oz) can Green chiles
  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1/4 cup Red Wine
  • 4 Tbsp Chili Powder
  • 2 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 tsp Cardnl Savory Salt
  • 1 Bay Leaf
