Perfect Keto Waffles

Yield: 7 waffles
Cook Time: 2 minutes
Prep Time: 20 minutes
Total Time: 22 minutes


  • 1 cup Explorado Market Sweet Keto Baking Mix
  • 4 Eggs


    1. Turn on your waffle iron and let it preheat completely.
    2. Combine the Baking Mix and eggs and mix together until completely smooth.
    3. Using a large cookie scoop (approx 3-4 Tbsp sized), scoop waffle
      batter into the preheated waffle iron. Cook for 2.5 - 3 minutes per
      waffle (time depends on waffle iron). Gently remove and set aside while you cook the remaining waffles.
    4. Serve warm. Leftovers can be stored in the freezer in an airtight bag for up to 3 months.
