How to Make Whipped Cream

To make whipped cream, you’re going to first need to add the cream and chocolate sauce to a mixing bowl or tall jar.

With a hand mixer or immersion blender (fitted with a whisk attachment), whip until nearly double in volume, lightened, and fluffy (but not stiff).

Easy right?

How to Store Homemade Whipped Cream

First choice is obviously… enjoy it right away but if you’ve made extras or want to have some for later, store tightly covered in the fridge and use within a day (it will deflate the longer it sits in the fridge).

What About these Alternative Sweeteners?

A note on alternative sweeteners. Many (if not all) Keto or diabetic friendly alternative sweeteners typically lead to gas or bloating (if you consume too much). Our preferred choices when baking or making treats like this are: Allulose and/or a Erythritol/Monk Fruit blend. Both of these alternative sweeteners will not raise blood sugar for most consumers.

To avoid gas and bloating you’ll want to avoid eating too much fiber in addition to your Keto approved sweet treat. Also: learn how much is the right amount for you (test it by only consuming a little bit, then add a little more if you’d like).
