This recipe requires the Cardnl Gluten Free Bread Mix and Savory Salt.

Ingredients Needed for the Cheesy Pizza Bread

  • 1 loaf Keto Bread (get the recipe here) or stop by and grab a loaf at our bakery in Fort Collins.
  • 4-5 Tbsp Butter, softened
  • 2 tsp Cardnl Savory Salt
  • 1 Garlic Clove, minced
  • 1 1/4 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/2 – 1 cup Sugar-Free Marinara Sauce
  • 10 Pepperoni Slices, sliced into quarters

Bake the Bread

Bake bread as instructed in this recipe. Once baked and cooled, slice into 10 equal pieces. Place on parchment or foil lined baking sheet.

Combine Ingredients & Spread

Combine the softened butter, Savory Salt, and minced garlic. Mix to combine evenly. Spread about 1/2 tablespoon onto each slice of bread.

Add Cheese & Bake

Divide mozzarella cheese evenly across all 10 slices of buttered bread. Top with pepperoni pieces.

Bake in Toaster oven on “Toast” setting to your desired doneness. Alternately, bake in the oven at 375°F for about 7 minutes, or until cheese is bubble.

Serve with a side of marinara sauce for dipping.
